I live and breathe animals on a daily basis, I just can not get enough when it concerns animals. One of my favorite shows on television has to be the show where they go into the abandoned places to rescue the animals that have been abused and neglected. The show is called Animal Cops and it airs on The Animal Planet when I choose to watch it on my directv hd dvr. The show revolves around animal abuse and it truly opens your eyes to the cruelty of the world by showing how some people take care of their animals. After watching the show, I get the urge to just go out and adopt every single animal and pet from the local shelter near my house. It’s definitely touching and it effects me every time I watch it on television.
My mother and brother actually can not watch this show. My mother in particular says that it is just too sad to watch this type of program and to see the abused animals. I remind her that the animal cops are saving these animals and you should look at the fact that they are being saved and will no longer have to live the way that they have their entire life. Even though I remind her about this, she still does not like to watch the television program with me.
