Vegas Heavyweights Pay Tribute to Siegfried and Roy

Some of the biggest names on the Las Vegas strip came together on Wednesday to honor Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn at World Magic Seminar XXXIII: A Tribute to Siegfried & Roy at the Orleans Hotel in Sin City. Penn & Teller , Criss Angel , Lance Burton and Darren Romeo attended the event to honor their compatriots in Las Vegas entertainment. March 3, 2010 was declared “Siegfried and Roy Day” by the State of Nevada, and the city of Las Vegas named March 2010 “Siegfried and Roy Month.” David Copperfield also contributed comments to the ceremony honoring the legendary Las Vegas duo, though he was not able to be there.

Report: Sarah Palin Shopping Reality Show

Sarah Palin has been shopping a reality show around Hollywood this week, according to Entertainment Weekly ’s Web site, EW.com. Reality producer Mark Burnett is teaming up with Palin to pitch a TV docudrama about Alaska, sources tell EW . EW reports that Palin is making the rounds of major TV networks

Original ‘We Are the World’ Kids — All Grown Up

ET reminisces with the grown children involved in the original children’s recording of “We Are the World.” A young Drew Barrymore told ET back in 1985, “I’m a kid and there are many kids in Ethiopia too and they’re dying and kids want to help other kids.” Now, child stars Kim Fields (”The Facts of Life”), Danny Pintauro (”Who’s the Boss”) and Alfonso Ribeiro (”The Fresh Prince of Bel Air”) reflect on their experience recording the children’s version of the song with the Children of the World Project.
