Katherine Jackson and Michael’s Will

July 31, 2009 by admin · Leave a Comment

This Monday marks the highly anticipated probate hearing on Michael Jackson ’s will, and attorney Herb Nass , author of Wills of the Rich and Famous , tells ET what to expect. Yesterday, an agreement was reached between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe (the birth mother of Jackson’s older children, Prince and Paris ), naming Katherine as the sole guardian of her son’s children, and Nass says this takes one big issue off the table for Monday’s hearing. “This agreement just vindicates and ratifies what Michael Jackson said in his will,” says Nass, “and he also named other people as the executors in his will, so the fact that this is being supported by Katherine Jackson as in accordance with his will might hurt her in her bid to become an additional executor of that will.”
